Welcome to the Global Student Program! We created this firm to utilize our specific knowledge and insights into the education world. Our goal is to help the parents of international students understand American colleges and their options.

In 2003 Bryan was elected by the city of Monrovia, CA to his first term as a Board Member on the Monrovia Unified School District and has been on the Board ever since. He currently serves as the Board President. He is proud to be part of a team that has dramatically improved the quality of education in Monrovia. These improvements can be seen in the creation of the Math and Science Academy, increased test scores, increased admissions to universities and numerous state and national awards.

Prior to creating Global Student Programs, Bryan co-founded a financial advisory firm, which advised municipalities in the issuance of bonds. He then founded TAHF, a non-profit corporation that owned or managed 100+ properties in four different states. These properties ranged from single family homes to multifamily elderly facilities.

Bryan served eight years as a Director for the Los Angeles National Bank, a community bank based in Orange County, which focused on small to medium sized businesses. There he served as Chairman of the Compliance Committee which oversaw the operations of four branches. He also served as the Vice Chairman of the Loan Committee that managed approximately $200 million of loans.
